20th century made, iron forged African rain wand. Several twisted iron rods in a narrow direct pointed direction, with diamond shaped tips to each. These forged-iron wands were utilized by the Mumuye shamans in rain-making ceremonies where they would place the bottom ends in small holes dug into the earth, and symbolically call on the gods for rain. Size 24 1/2" H, STAND NOT INCLUDED
Condition: Well preserved condition throughout.
