Indonesia, Java, Kendi ceremonial ewer or water vessel from the early 20th century with a red ceramic body double gourd base with some paint to the top of the neck. The spout is silver embossed and stippled in a zoomorphic pattern. Circular lid with blue and tan paint carved in wood with a silver finial. Size 10 1/2" H
