Indian, Hindu Bronze figure of Ganesh 16th-17th c. or earlier. Finely made multi-arm deity of Ganesha with four arms displaying orbs, axe, scepters, and the trunk of Ganesha. At the base of the deity is a coiled animal with an orb or offering. Known as the remover of Obstacles Ganesha or Ganesh is the Hindu god of destruction and is easily recognizable by the elephant head. Size 2" H

Condition: Light remnants of gilding under patina, as-is condition.
