North Africa, Sudanese (Kaskara) sword with sheath, large sword with broad double edge and low shallow fuller with hallmark to crossguard, flat circular pommel with tan and white leather over wood, tightly wrapped grip of leather bound over wood and with a snakeskin band, and sheath of geometric tooled leather with characteristic widened base that also features a snakeskin wrapped tip. 40 1/2" L, blade 35 1/4" L
