Adorable set of wood statues depicting a young girl and boy, carved from heavy dark wood. The young girl stands smiling with pudgy cheeks, pigtail braided hair, and almost slit eyes, arms behind her back sweetly. The young boy stands with his arms behind him mouth agape as though he is shouting or singing, wearing large baggy pants and a tank top. Each child is skillfully detailed with incised clothing and hair detailing. Size of tallest 18 1/2" H
Condition: Signature or mark to base of the boy statue.
