Wonderfully detailed Chinese dark green hardstone carved jaguar, with details throughout in high relief. The jaguar is depicted in a protective crouched position, ready to attack at a moments notice. Incised fur and facial details throughout give the statue a lifelike feel. Signature marks to base. Size 11" W x 6" H, custom wood base included.
Condition: Wonderful condition throughout with natural inclusions in the stone.
