Pre-Columbian, Maya territories, probably Guatemala Maya Classic period 250-900 CE. Maya stone apple green imperial jade miniature maskette. Drilled to the corners and base for suspension on a necklace as a primary pendant with suspension of another artifact below. The ring itself 14k gold with eight diamonds in sets of two around each corner. Size of pendant 1 1/8" H, ring US size 9
ex-personal collection from of a former archeologist and collector circa 1960’s and later, now deceased.
Condition: Wear commensurate with age and use.
