Pre-Columbian, Mexico, Mayan 250-950 CE. Fine stone carved Mayan Guarda Tumba boundary marker used for court ceremony or prison boundary markings. The stone carved figure features two hands brought together in front with a pronounced hunch back bent down, carved with coffee bean eyes, wide mouth and a rounded skull possibly wearing a head arrangement. Size 13 3/4" H
