Pre-Columbian, Mayan 500-800CE Massive and impressive fanged jaguar head tenon. Carved in a dark gray volcanic stone with stylized jaguar head, big round eyes, flared nostrils, and agape mouth with massive fangs. The tongue coiled and with remnants of red cinnabar pigment throughout. Size 15 1/2" L x 6 1/2" W x 7" H
