Lovely group of circa 1st to 3rd century AD oil lamps and redware bottle. Roman redware bottle with bulbous body, with delicate narrow handle and spout. Greyware lamp with wide spout and tondo. One lamp depicting a frog with a round stippled body and large round fill hole. Size of each lamp is 3" L.
ex-New York, New York collection, ex-G. E. Franken collection, acquired 1960s to 1970s.
Condition: As-is condition, with desirable preservation throughout each piece.
